Rupert Carthy (Director)

Rupert set up this accountancy business in 2001 (ten years ago). Since then he has grown this business from one man working at home to the town centre offices and seven staff we see today. Rupert says many small businesses fail to make it to their first anniversary let alone their tenth because they don’t have the skills to recognise and change things. Being able to talk things through with someone who knows the theory and has been through this experience is invaluable to his clients. Rupert is married with two children and has followed West Bromwich Albion Football Club for many years.

PJ Kaur

PJ also began her own successful business in 2001. After several years of trying PJ was eventually persuaded to join Carthy Accountants in 2007.

Ray Summers

Ray has spent over 30 years working within the Accountancy profession. Ray held a senior position helping to controll the finances of Staffordshire Police. Ray is CIPFA qualified and has a BA Hons in Business Administration. Ray is married with 2 children and likes to play golf in his spare time.

Derek Randles

Derek has worked in several practises over his career and ran his own business for 20 Years prior to joining Carthy Accountants. Derek is planning his retirement and slowly reducing his hours. The truth is with his vast experience and expertise he is a valuable and almost irreplaceable member of the team. We really don’t want him to go and doubt he will ever fully leave us. Derek is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. For nearly half a century he's been a season-ticket holder at Old Trafford.

Kimberly Berrow

Kimberly has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. She worked in London for 5 years in the field of Statistics, until taking a break to raise a family. During this break, Kimberly took the opportunity to study bookkeeping, becoming a qualified member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Kimberly is married with two children, in her spare time she likes to plan her next holiday.

Jane Feist

Jane worked for many years in administration & payroll at the RAF base. Now she runs our Payroll and oversees all the systems & procedures to keep us in line. When Jane is not looking after her 3 children, you'll find her leading Guides in Gnosall.
